But this is also great a spiritual practise to exist so limited. And nowadays, when all of us are becoming the Divine on Globe — and are needed to — everyone tin practise this practice.

Not only before ritual, but anytime. Every fourth dimension I see the Moon, I invoke Her light, even if only with a thought and a jiff.

Drawing Downward The Moon — The Details

Cartoon Downwardly The Moon is best done with the Full Moon, but can be done with whatsoever corporeality of Her Light. Ritual of Drawing Down The Moon

Stand up facing the Full Moon. You can see Her in your imagination, if necessary, but much amend to face Her in person, if possible, and best to exercise and so exterior.
Greet Her. Offer Her flowers or some gift from the heart.
Tell Her what you would similar help with, what energy you lot would like to call in.
Take the Beaker position — feet firmly planted, standing tall, artillery forming a "bowl" overhead.
Clap your hands one time above your caput, to clear the space and focus your concentration. Open your artillery again, to the Chalice position.
And so feel or visualise the Moon's Light streaming into your Chalice bowl until it is brimming with vivid pure-white Light.
Slowly lower your arms, drawing down the Light and assuasive it to cascade into your torso and free energy field, flowing through your entire being — body, mind, and spirit.

Feel this with every sense that y'all can use, particularly visuals and sensory feelings.

Do this 3 times, or as oft as yous like, including the clap in between.
After, you may osculation your easily in Her honour, if you like. Or Namaste to the Moon. Or in some fashion demonstrate thanks and honouring.

Calling Downward the Moon is a cute practice, all the same you choose to practice it. Filling yourself with Divine Light and Divine Energy can only be a good affair, and you tin can never overdo it.
